Refund and dispute policy

Our Refund Policy allows customers to request a full or partial refund for a purchase made through our Stripe payment gateway within 30 days] of the purchase date, provided the reason for the refund is valid and meets our criteria. For disputes regarding a charge, customers should contact us first to attempt resolution. If a dispute is escalated to the card issuer, we will actively respond with necessary documentation to defend against any chargebacks, and may charge a fee for disputed transactions that are deemed invalid.
